How do I view/purchase photos from your website?
When you click on our home page you will be greeted by welcome text and some further information. If you scroll down further you will see all the categories of events that we have covered followed by galleries of events, with our most recent event first.
Please note that depending on the speed of your internet images may take some time to load, if viewing at your work place, you may need to check their internet restrictions and policy with your systems administrator as some work places have restrictions on images of any kind.
To look at the images simply click on the header for that gallery where you will be taken to all the subgalleries beneath it. Simply browse through our images. By clicking on an image you will be given the size and pricing options for you to see. At this point you can also place images into your shopping cart by selecting size, paper and quantity options.
Images can be compared by clicking on the 'flag' option underneath a series of images so that you can compare them sid by side - to return to one image just click on one of the images you are comparing. You can also view galleries in slide show - you can either view them in the time frame we have allocated to the slide show or you can click the 'next' button to speed it up.
If you register an account, you can place your favourite images into "My Favourites", so that you can come back at any time to view your favourites without having to look for them each time.
To purchase photos you will need to register an account - you will be prompted to do this at the relevant stage of the process. You can purchase using either credit card, cheque or money order or Electronic Funds Transfer.
What are My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that can only be viewed by people who have been granted access, such as private galleries. If you wish to have a private gallery please let us know at the event.
Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in and click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in your My Pictures.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them.
I can't seem to log in?
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
Will you give my information to third parties?
No. We will never give or sell your information to another entity.
Why can't I buy my photos at the event?
We use highly sensitive and calibrated large format printers that allow us to print up to A2 size usng Ultrachrome K3 Pigment Ink. There are thousands of jets in the print head and they do not lend themselves to travelling, or environments that may be wet or dusty. Our images are generally available for viewing and/or purchase within 24 hours from the conclusion of the event. They are extremely high quality to ensure that they last for generations to come.
How will my photos be shipped?
We will ship your photos in a zip lock bag inside a rigid envelope to ensure that the photos are not damaged.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days. If you have paid by cheque or EFT transfer your order will be processed once the funds have been cleared.
What is the Early Bird discount?
An Early Bird discount is available for the first 7 days of the gallery being available on our website. You can combine your Early Bird discount with our quantity discounts for multiple photos.
Will Equiscape Photography come to an event that I am competing at?
While we endeavour to be at as many events as possible, we cannot be in two places at once so as long as we are not already committed elsewhere we should be at your event. Feel free to contact us and let us know where you will be competing and we will do our best to be there.
What paper and ink will be used for my photo?
We only use the best quality Epson & Ilford Paper including Ultra Glossy, Premium Glossy and Smooth Pearl. We also use the highest quality UltraChrome K3 pigment (not dye) inks. These combinations of paper and ink have been independently tested to have a lifespan of 50+ years.
Why do I have to have Registered Post?
In recent time we have had a significant number of orders go missing in the post. We have always re-printed and resent these orders however we are no longer able to accept the risk that more orders go missing. As such we now send all orders by Registered Post so that we and you our customer can be confident they will arrive the first time.
